What would you do? When would you do it? Where would you do it, and why?

I would be the worlds greatest super villain, my powers would be the ability to fly and teleport. The ability to be able to control anything and anyone with my mind. Lastly, the ability to control nature. I will be unstoppable.
This will all happen after the year 2030, once the big radioactive meteor lands on earth and destroys everything, that's when i will receive my awesome powers. Only a few survived those that did were mutated to have to superpowers, they all joined my clan of super villains. But of course none had powers as great as mine, that's why i am their leader. In the process my whole body had change from my hair turning a bright red to my height going from 5'4 to 6'0 it excited me knowing that i had all this power. but now with the Earth destroyed we had to find another place to call home, so my super villains and I built a rocket ship with what ever materials where left laying around what little bit of earth was left behind.
Our destination was mars, why mars you ask well it is the most similar to earth and i can create plant life and build my own plant. Being that we were all mutants we were able to breath on mars. It took us 1000 years to re build mars to accommodate our needs, but now that it is built we can continue our plan to not take over the world, but to take over the universe.
A couple of hours passed by when i sensed something really powerful approaching us, i used my excellent vision to spot out what it was, it was survivors from earth could they be humans or mutants like the rest of us on this plant. They arrived and within seconds all i can hear where the voices of my fellow villains screaming! They were being killed, those weren't humans they were superheros. With my super powers i killed a huge majority of them but i was not strong enough for my weakness; white chocolate. I can feel my powers draining as i just stood there, i cant believe it i thought we were the only survivors those super heroes had this planed out for 1000 years, I'm almost drained clean. Done, my powers are gone, oh no i cant breathe.....
